Hollywood Career Institute offers the EKG Technician course that aims to provide information and the necessary skillset in 12 Leads, axis determination, as well as EKG Patterns for infarction and ischemia, intraventricular conduction defects, and cardiac hypertrophy. Students will also learn human anatomy and physiology, medical terminology relating to the EKG field. Interpretation of monitoring, testing results and last but not least medical instrumentation in a hospital or clinical setting.

This course can also be a great enhancement to a CNA license and/or be qualified for National examination.
